Mint/Medium - Moderate resistance allows users with improved fitness to increase their strength and flexibility
Sky/Heavy - Offering higher resistance for those close to the end of their fitness journey. Intended for everyday use
Midnight/Extra Heavy - Heavy resistance bands intended for advanced strength training and fitness
