Refund policy

Returns

McNiece Tens will refund unused products within 15 days of purchase.  Shipping for returns is at your expense unless we have made a shipping error or the product is defective.

All products being returned must be unused, and in clean & sellable condition.

Items with a "Tamper proof seal" - if the seal is broken the product cannot be returned.

Items returned after 15 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Items may not be returned after 30 days.

Medical equipment is not returnable if purchased by patients, except for in cases of manufacturer's defects.  Please contact our office for any warranty defects.

Please call or email our office to authorize and start the return process prior to shipping back the product.  

Please allow up to 7 days, from the date we receive the returned item, to process the refund to your credit card.

Non-Returnable Items

Special order items, customized orders, pillows, and all support garments worn next to the skin (including but not limited to towels and linens) are non-returnable except for defective items. 

No product will be accepted for return if the Tamper Proof Seal has been broken or missing.

Clearance items are final sale and may not be returned, except if damaged in delivery.
