Shipping policy

FREE Shipping Over $100 (5 Provinces) and $250 (8 Provinces)

McNiece Tens Inc. only ships to Canadian addresses and do our best to ship all orders by the next business day.  You will be notified if your order is delayed for any unseen circumstances.  We use Canada Post as our primary shipping provider and ATS Courier as our secondary.

We offer FREE SHIPPING to Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and New Brunswick on orders over $100.00 (before tax) and under 40lbs, when ordered and paid for on this website.  If you are located in one of these areas and your order is over 40lbs, we will contact you to approve the extra shipping amount once your online order is received by us. Please note all rentals are exempt from Free Shipping.

We offer FREE SHIPPING to British Columbia, Alberta, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon on orders over $250.00 (before tax) and under 40lbs.  If you are located in one of these areas and your order is over 40lbs, we will contact you to approve the extra shipping amount once your online order is received by us.  Please note all rentals are exempt from Free Shipping.

FLAT RATE Shipping for Heavy items

For paid orders under 40lbs, that contain "HEAVY ITEMS" such as Gel, Table Paper or Wax, we offer a "Flat Rate" shipping fees. 

Please note that Large or Clinic orders shipping to a home address will be billed an extra $15.00 Home Delivery Fee, over and above the Flat Rate Fee.  It will be added to the order, and you will be notified after check out.

On Account Shipping

For orders under $100.00, and on account customers we offer competitive shipping rates which are based on size, weight and postal code. Packages are shipped from our warehouse in London, Ontario.

While we make every attempt to process orders in a timely fashion, there may be unforeseen supplier delays. McNiece Tens Inc. reserves the right to hold an order for up to 5 business days to ship your order complete.


Pick Up Orders

When placing your order please select "PICKUP" and notify us of your request in the “Note” section of the shopping cart. Once the order is packed and ready for pick up, we will send you a confirmation email indicating "your order is ready for pick up". You may then come at your convenience to pick up your order.

Our office is open for pick ups between 9am and 4pm EST. All orders are packed sequentially, unfortunately we cannot prioritize pick up orders outside the queue.

Orders not picked up within 7 days of their invoice date, will be automatically returned to inventory and credited to your account.


Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order is packed and shipment entered you will be emailed the tracking number for your order. You can track your Canada Post shipment at https://www.canadapost.ca/trackweb/en#/home

Backorders and Prepaid Orders

The majority of our items are in stock and ready to ship, however, on occasion there may be fulfillment delays from our suppliers. If your order can not be fulfilled within 5 business days, we will contact you for instructions. Prepaid orders will be refunded upon request.
